These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the provision of packing, moving, transportation, storage, and related services (collectively “Services”) provided by Khushi Express Packers and Movers (“Company”, “we”, “us”) to the customer (“Customer”, “you”).
1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking or using our Services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Service Booking
Booking is confirmed only after payment of the required advance.
We will assign a scheduled moving date/time; changes must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.
Any delay or rescheduling may incur additional charges.
3. Payments
Payments shall be made as agreed in the quote/invoice.
An advance deposit is mandatory to confirm the booking.
Final payment is due upon completion of Services unless otherwise agreed.
We accept cash, UPI, bank transfer, or other agreed methods.
4. Scope of Services
We will:
Pack goods using standard materials
Load and transport goods to the delivery address
Unload and unpack if included in the chosen service
Optional services (e.g., storage, unpacking, specialty item handling) are charged extra.
5. Customer Obligations
You agree to:
Provide accurate details of goods to be moved
Be present or have an authorized representative during packing and delivery
Ensure no prohibited items are transported (see section 6)
Provide access to premises without obstruction
6. Prohibited Items
We will not transport:
Explosives, flammables, hazardous chemicals
Perishables
Illegal substances
Cash, jewelry, precious metals (unless declared and insured separately)
Live animals or plants
Any prohibited items found will be rejected, and you remain responsible.
7. Packing and Handling
We use industry-standard packing materials.
Special packing for fragile or high-value items must be requested and paid for extra.
Packing lists, if provided, must be accurate.
8. Delivery and Delay
We aim for timely delivery but are not responsible for delays due to:
Traffic
Weather
Government restrictions
Unforeseen circumstances
Delivery windows are estimates, not fixed deadlines.
9. Liability and Claims
Our liability for loss or damage is limited to the value declared on the Waybill/Liability Form.
Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and supported by evidence (photos, invoices).
We are not liable for:
Pre-existing damage
Normal wear
Indirect losses (business loss, emotional loss, etc.)
10. Insurance
Transit insurance is optional but strongly recommended.
If purchased, claims will be processed through the insurer as per their policy.
11. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancel more than 72 hours before service date → full refund minus processing fee.
Cancel within 72 hours → no refund of advance.
No-show on scheduled date → advance is forfeited.
12. Privacy
We collect and use personal information only to provide Services. We will not share your data with third parties without your consent unless required by law.
13. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Telangana, India. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of competent jurisdiction in Telangana.
14. Amendments
We can change these terms from time to time. Updated terms apply from the date posted on our official communication channels.
